Vienna and Prague
9. Re: Vienna or Prague?
We confess that I was very upon Vienna after seeing inside 1990s and swore i'd never ever go-back. It just seemed high priced and boring during the time. But my partner and children persuaded me to select an extended weekend a couple weeks ago, and I adored it. There is lots to see and do indeed there, and it's also stunningly stunning.
However, a couple of things make me personally recommend Prague over Vienna if somebody must choose from the 2: 1) the fee - Prague being soooo less costly than Vienna (we spent a fortune so that you can have that fun time in Vienna) and 2) that Prague simply appears so much more authentic than Vienna. I know that there are original parts to Vienna and, although components that most tourists see only appear too pristine become actually authentic. Possibly the Viennese simply do a far greater job of maintaining their particular city neat and spared no expenditure to rebuild after WWII, but I like it whenever a city has some "edge" to it.
