I was on the train from Budapest to Vienna in the café car. The train stopped short. My cups went flying. I lost them. Ever since then We have called and emailed customer service. On 8 January we obtained a contact asking for a picture of those. We sent it that day. I've not heard any such thing further and would like those spectacles back. Apart from this dilemma, the trip was pleasant and efficient.
